Bloomberg News has hired Telegraph correspondent Olivia Rudgard to cover the environment.

She will be based in London.

Rudgard has been with The Telegraph since 2014. She has covered the environment, Silicon Valley, social and religious affairs, and personal finance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Durham University and a master’s degree from City University of London.
