Chris Johnson, chief political and White House reporter at The Washington Blade, has left and launched his newsletter “The Weekly Dystopia,” which he states will focus on the following principles:
- America is fundamentally a good place
- Ideological pluralism is a good thing
- Western institutions and values are important to uphold
- America should have a premier place in global affairs
Johnson had been with The Washington Blade for more than 14 years. Before that, he was an associate editor at Inside Washington Publishers.
Johnson has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
